Nobu's newly appointed Head Chef, Harold Hurtada, and a number of the best Champagne Houses are joining forces this year to launch the exclusive Nobu Champagne Dinner Series. Nobu General Manager, Carl Heinz Hable, and his team have personally selected the finest Champagne Houes, one to be showcased each night in the series.
Each evening also promises a delicious 5-course menu throwing back to signature Asian and South American flavours, paired perfectly with each glass.
No stranger to international culinary influences, Nobu gives classical Japanese cuisine a contemporary twist with a Peruvian influence. Diners can indulge in fresh South African seafood and indigenous spices in mesmerising dishes such as Sake Roast Whitefish with Jalapeno or the Chocolate Bento Box; a dark chocolate fondant with green tea ice cream and a sesame seed tuile.
