Parc Fermé is Set to Change Your View of Afro-Fusion Dining

Feel the rhythm of Africa, the drumbeat of all that is eclectic and come and delight your senses at the all new Afro-Fusion Parc Fermé. Leaving behind haute cuisine, the restaurant has launched a new Afro-Fusion look and a contemporary and exciting Afro-Fusion menu.

Parc Fermé holds one of the most appealing addresses in Sandton, and can be found opposite the Sandton Convention Centre and next to the Michelangelo Towers. Today Parc Fermé is widely considered the ideal eatery for Sandton Convention Centre conference goers, night time visitors to Sandton, as well as a prime “cocktail” destination for weary business people looking for a venue to wait out the traffic.

With a fresh look and an African inspired menu, here you can enjoy a new vibe, one completely local in nature but with the same class and elegance you have come to expect from the team at Parc Fermé.

And who better to skilfully craft an Afro-Fusion menu than Mauritian born executive chef Atmaram Mahadea? The menu itself is made up of a mix of African inspired dishes with a modern western twist, here you can now enjoy delicacies such as Red-Red Tilapia, pepper soup with goat meat and pap, and Nigerian beef stew to name a few, the walls are also adorned with incredible artistic works from local artists.

No attention to detail has been spared and the venue will be hosting local DJ’s bringing with them their own special medley of music, drawing from the best sounds from around the continent, to create the mood for that special evening. Armed with a philosophy that “friends and family go out to dine, not eat”, the team has striven to create an all sensory experience.
