For mains, indulge in juicy, grilled feta chicken breast served with root vegetable fritters, fine beans, smoked olives and cherry tomato reduction - a delicious match with Nederburg’s The Winemasters Chardonnay. Another delight is the top-grade beef fillet with home-made potato chips, béarnaise and fine beans, superbly complemented by Nederburg’s Heritage Heroes The Brew Master Bordeaux-style red blend.
Dessert could be as heavy or light as you choose, but there’s nothing quite as elegant and delectable as concluding with a long-stemmed glass of Nederburg’s delicious Noble Late Harvest, or The Beautiful Lady Gewürztraminer, both wonderfully sweet. Try the Noble Late Harvest with quince tart, ricotta and mascarpone crème, and The Beautiful Lady with trifle.
