Champagne Cocktail 

Serving Suggestion:
Use MAN Chardonnay Brut MCC available from Wine-of-the-Month Club. This MCC is refreshing with lemon-drop and Granny-Smith apple aromas with quince and lively lemon zest on the palate. The finish is long with hints of biscotti and cookie dough flavours from the time on lees. 

Method:

1. Add the sugar cube with Angostura aromatic bitters to the chilled champagne

2. Garnish with the citrus peel.

Champagne or MCC, chilled
1 sugar cube
3 dashes of Angostura aromatic bitters
Spiral of citrus peel, for garnishing
