- Silverfish, gutted, scaled, cut slits into meat
- Spring onions, bunch finely chopped
- Thumb-sized ginger, finely sliced
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- Juice of 2 limes
- 1 chilli, deseeded, finely chopped
- Handful fresh coriander
Put ingredients into body cavity and slits. Braai wrapped in a banana leaf until tender and falling off the bones.
