Ginger, Lime and Coriander Silverfish

  • Silverfish, gutted, scaled, cut slits into meat
  • Spring onions, bunch finely chopped
  • Thumb-sized ginger, finely sliced
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp fish sauce
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 1 chilli, deseeded, finely chopped
  • Handful fresh coriander

Put ingredients into body cavity and slits. Braai wrapped in a banana leaf until tender and falling off the bones.
