Makes 4 burger patties
400g extra lean beef mince
1 heaped tsp hot English Mustard
1 tsp Worcester sauce
salt and black pepper, to season
Mix together all the ingredients with your hands. Divide the mixture into 4 balls and then flatten each one. Fry in olive oil on medium heat. For medium done meat cook until juice is light pink. For well done meat, until juice is clear. Serve on fresh rolls with lettuce, tomato and a pineapple salsa .
Tip: Try replacing beef mince with lamb mince, this also works well.
