Strawberry and Banana Smoothie

Makes 4 small glasses

  • 200g fresh strawberries, rinsed, hulled and cut in half
  • 2 ripe bananas, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 250g low fat Bulgarian yoghurt
  • 300ml milk
  • 6-8 ice cubes, optional
  • 4 tablespoons, honey.  Adjust to required sweetness

Place all the ingredients, except the ice cubes, in a blender and puree until smooth.  Add a little extra milk if you find it to thick.  Add the cubes and blend for a further 20-30 seconds.
