- 15ml lime juice, plus extra slices to garnish
- 15ml white rum
- 2 tsp castor sugar
- 10 fresh mint leaves
- 30ml rose liqueur
- 1 cup crushed ice
- soda water
- rose petals
1. Muddle lime juice, white rum, sugar and 5 mint leaves together.
2. Add rose liqueur, ice and top up with soda water.
3. Garnish with slices of lime, rose petals and remaining mint leaves.
