Mint & Berry Julep

  • 25 fresh, rinsed mint leaves
  • 125ml fresh raspberries, strawberries and cranberries
  • 100ml fresh bourbon'
  • 2 tbsp honey

Place the berries and mint in a cocktail shaker and shake up with some crushed ice. Pour into cocktail glasses. Whisk together the honey and bourbon until dissolved and add to the fruit mixture, stir and serve.
