Kiwi & Pineapple Special Rum

Serves 2

• 3 kiwi fruits, peeled and cut into chunks
• 200ml pineapple juice
• 1/4 pineapple, peeled and cubed
• 50ml sugar syrup
• juice of half a lime
• 40ml white rum
• 1 cup crushed ice
• 1 kiwi fruit, sliced as garnish

1. Place all the ingredients in a blender, whiz together, and pour into martini glasses.

2. Garnish with a slice of kiwi.
