Cocktail Syrups

Sugar Syrup

• 1 cup of water
• 1 cup of granulated white sugar

1. Place all the ingredients in a pot and bring to the boil.

2. Reduce the heat and simmer for 5 mins.

3. Allow to cool, then pour into a bottle and refrigerate until needed.

Ginger Syrup

• 3 tbsp grated fresh ginger
• 1 cup water
• 1 cup white sugar


1. Place all the ingredients in a pot and bring to the boil.

2. Reduce the heat and simmer for 5 mins.

3. Strain into a bottle, leave to cool and refrigerate until needed.
