- 2 limes, cut into quarters (substitute with lemon)
- generous tsp palm sugar
- tot cachaça
Add lime and palm sugar into a mortar and pound with a pestle to release oils from the lime. Once it’s done add to your glass, with the cachaça, then add ice and garnish with a slice of lime.
