Galbani Mascarpone Sorbetto

Italian brand, Galbani’s cheeses are now available in South Africa. Try Giorgio Nava’s recipe for a luxuriously creamy mascarpone sorbet, made the Italian way.

  • 2x 250g Galbani Mascarpone
  • 1 litre sugar syrup (500 ml sugar, 500 ml water)
  • Juice of 4 limes
  • Lime zest, grated

1. Mix Galbani Mascarpone in a bowl until soft and creamy.

2. Add sugar water slowly to avoid splitting

3. Add lime juice and zest

4. Churn.
