- Mossbolletjie, store bought or substitute with raisin bread
- 15g butter
- 1 jar green fig preserve
- 100g Kleine Rivier Gruyère
In a hot pan place the butter on a medium heat, slice the mossbolletjie, then toast it. Slice the cheese, place on the bread and garnish with green fig preserve.
