Pineapple Chilli Salsa

Serves: 4

1 pineapple, peeled and diced into small cubes
1 red chilli, finely chopped
2 tbsp caster sugar
10g coriander, coarsely chopped
2 spring onions, finely sliced
1 tbsp white balsamic vinegar

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and season
