Fresh Pea & Mint Dip

Serves 4, as a starter

• 500g petit pois peas, frozen
• 200g Danish Feta
• 1 punnet fresh mint
• 2 tbsp lemon juice
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• salt & pepper, to season
• ciabatta slices, lightly toasted

1. Place the peas, Feta, mint, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper in a food processor and process in short bursts until roughly combined.

2. Serve with ciabatta.
