  • 2 limes, cut into quarters (substitute with lemon)
  • generous tsp palm sugar
  • tot cachaça
  • ice

Add lime and palm sugar into a mortar and pound with a pestle to release oils from the lime. Once it’s done add to your glass, with the cachaça, then add ice and garnish with a slice of lime. Serves 1.
