ImageTomatoes have a special place in my heart and are my favourite springtime vegetable. If you’ve ever eaten homegrown tomatoes you’ll know nothing comes close. Most store brought tomatoes are either hydroponically grown or grown in large sheltered wind tunnels. These tend to pull up a lot of water and the fruits are fairly bland tasting.
